1940's U.S. Metal, Howling Halloween Black Cat Pan Knocker
Classic Howling Halloween Black Cat pan knocker noise maker manufactured by U.S. Metal Mfg. Co. Features a large face of a screaming, fanged tooth black cat. Outline was cut to the shape of the cats' head making it look more realistic. Beautifully lithoed in Halloween colors of orange, black, white and green and embossed in the center. Includes both original aluminum slug discs fixed to 3" long flexible metal ribbons, front and back. Handle shows a simple illustration of the cat with long black tail. The reverse side is blank orange. Edges are all rolled, smooth metal to protect the kiddies. Size: 8" long and 5" at its widest point. Sold: Dec. 2005
